
Humagne Rouge
Name given to the wine made from Oriou grapes which are cultivated in Valais. Red humagne does not have the same origins as white humagne. This rustic vine variety most probably originally comes from the Vallée d'Aoste in Italy. It is best suited to the most exposed plots in Valais.

Taste : Woody, rustic, finishing with a wonderful liveliness. A few years in the bottle allow it to develop to its full potential.
Alcohol : 12,5 % vol.
Ideal serving temperature : 16-18°C
Preservation : 5 to 10 years
