Cornalin is Valais oldest red vine variety. Cornalin is originally from Valais and has probably been planted there since the 11th Century. Being difficult to grow, it calls for the best soil. Its delicacy and its power make it one of the world's best red wines.

Taste : Powerful, generous, distinguished tannins and silky. A balanced after taste with a tight edge. With age, it develops an anthological delicateness.
