Fendant

Made from the Chasselas grape variety, Fendant first appeared in Valais around 1850. It quickly became the most popular white wine in the canton.

Colour: Yellow-green with brilliant highlights
Nose: Aromas of lime blossom, wild flowers, lychees, honey and a touch of minerality.
Palate: A fresh attack, hints of hazelnut and a tender finish. A wine for aperitifs and thirst quenching.
Alcohol: 11.8% vol.
Serving temperature: 10-12°C
Storage: 2 to 3 years
