Petite Arvine

"The king of wines and the wine for kings". This typically Valaisan vine variety is originally from Valais and dates back as far as the Roman era.

Colour : Golden yellow-green, can even resemble ripe wheat
Fragrance : Complex aromas, with hints of passion and citrus fruit, apricots, pineapple and melon
Taste : Full bodied, exotically fruity, dense and lively. Its natural acidity and the saline hints in the after taste make it one of the world's greatest white wines.
Alcohol : 13,5 % vol.
Ideal serving temperature : 12-14°C
Preservation : 5 to 10 years
Fermentation : Traditional, on sediment
