The art of ageing and preservation

Oak barrel ageing

Our reserve wines are aged for 3 to 5 years in oak barrels, developing complex aromas and a remarkable tannic structure.

Noble Valais grape varieties

Cornalin, Merlot, Syrah, Petite Arvine: exceptional grape varieties cultivated on our 18 hectares between Sierre and Leytron, using organic farming.

10 to 20 years ageing potential

Thanks to our ageing methods and the quality of our terroirs, some vintages reach their peak after 10 to 20 years of cellaring.

Historic cellars

Our cellars in Saint-Pierre-de-Clages offer ideal temperature and humidity conditions for preserving our old vintages.
